Private Antenatal Classes

Congratulations on your pregnancy! We offer 1 day private antenatal classes for expectant mums & dads. Our services are designed to meet the needs of modern day parenting. We will offer the most up to date information to you regarding pregnancy and birth. We would like our clients to enjoy their transition to parenthood with confidence, safe in the knowledge that they are well prepared.

We are based in Limerick and offer our services to expectant parents in the mid-west region, covering Limerick, Clare. Tipperary and North Kerry and Cork.

Antenatal Class Goals

Our aim is to empower women and their partners enabling them to make informed decisions about their antenatal care and delivery. At our antenatal classes, a number of topics will be covered including breathing techniques, pain relief options right through to advice on feeding your baby.

Next Antenatal Class

Our next antenatal class will take place on Saturday, May 26th 2012 in the South Court Hotel, Raheen, Limerick. The course runs from 9:30am to 4pm with a break for lunch at 1pm.
